Verify your identity with the live 6-digit Google Authenticator code (any role), or a 10-character recovery code (Master accounts only). Recovery-code reset also unbinds your MFA device with a 24-hour grace to re-enrol on a new device. If you can't do either, ask a Master admin to reset your account.
